My Journey

I have always had a passion for beauty and wellness, and I decided to follow my dream back in 2013 while I was working in the education sector. I enrolled on a VTCT Level 3 course in Reflexology, an experience that sparked my fascination with the transformative power of aesthetics and beauty therapy. Over the following years, I have expanded my expertise to include a wide selection of massage, skincare, aesthetics and laser treatments.

I measure the success of Reflexions in the diverse range of clients I serve. From people in their 20s to 70s, both men and women, they all have one thing in common, they value my combination of personal care and effective treatments.

I am continually expanding and updating my health and beauty knowledge, and I currently hold a number of industry qualifications, including:

  • Pregnancy Reflexology

    The lovely Nikki managed to squeeze me in for my first pregnancy reflexology experience. The appointment was Saturday morning and my waters broke Sunday afternoon! If that isn’t amazing results I don’t know what is.

  • Laser – Hair Removal

    I’ve been having laser sessions on my underarms and legs, and after just a few treatments, I’ve already noticed a big difference. The hair is coming back much finer, and there are far fewer patches under my arms. My legs are virtually hair-free now, apart from a little around my knees and lower legs. Before starting, I had to shave at least once a week, now it’s only a couple of times a month! I’m so impressed with the results. It’s completely pain-free, and Nikki always gives great aftercare advice for looking after my skin.

  • Electrolysis

    Following an initial consultation about 4 months ago Nikki recommended treating my facial hair issue with electrolysis. Since I started undergoing treatment there has been a notable improvement.
    She is professional and extremely knowledgeable about her craft. She always takes care and makes me feel completely at ease.

  • Cold Plasma

    My skin has cleared up since having the cold plasma treatments. I had a total of six, and it calmed down the redness, my pores have shrunk, and I am not getting as many active breakouts as I usually do. It has generally improved my skin, it’s glowing and looks so much better. I would 100% recommend this treatment to those suffering with acne breakouts.

  • Skin Tag Removal

    I decided to have multiple skin tags removed from the sides and back of my neck after putting it off for years, and I’m really pleased with the outcome. The tags had started to become uncomfortable, especially when rubbing against shirt collars. 
    The removal process itself was far easier than I expected. Nikki was calm, professional, and talked me through each stage so I knew exactly what was happening. The treatment was quick and only slightly uncomfortable, more of a mild sting than any real pain. Within a few days, the treated areas had started to heal nicely, and within a couple of weeks my skin looked clear and felt smooth again.
    The change has made a real difference. I no longer get irritated when wearing fitted shirts, and it’s given me more confidence in my appearance. Overall, I’d happily recommend skin tag removal to anyone in a similar situation, it’s a small procedure that has a surprisingly big impact on everyday comfort and confidence.
